Teaching Over the Internet:  A New Set of Skills

My course project is a Web-Based online course for educators.  This online course will instruct teachers in how to create an environment to teach using the Internet and how to turn their lesson plans into WebQuests, or web-based instruction.  It is intended to be used in conjunction with a hands-on lab in a workshop setting.
